Project objectives: As a result of the associations original office at Mathumanai being affected by Tsunami, they have moved to Mavadipalli in Karaitivu and now in need of resume their services to the poor community of the area.
Towards this need, they have requested our Club to construct a Vocational Center at the current premises of Tampa.SL. This is to serve the local community in computer skills, English classes, dispensary, Job training for girls, etc.,
Area location : A remote area in Karaitivu at Jalalpura Road
Need for the project : To train the youth and ladies to obtain gainful employment
