Dear President Donald,
Many thanks for inviting me to join the Club Project today. I have come away with many pleasant memories, none the least the enjoyment of the children who seemed to make the most of the day. And their behaviour is a credit to the teachers and wardens who accompanied them. It is hard to believe they live under what must be very difficult circumstances. The teachers and wardens should also be congratulated for giving up their time to be with them.
As I explained to you at lunch I managed to come away without my camera so I would appreciate a copy of any photographs you took today which you would be happy to pass on to me.
Once again thanks for today’s experience.
