Duwe Modera Economic livelihood restoration project. *(Page three)(page two) {page one}
This project is launched with the view to restore the economic livelihood of the Tsunami affected village Duwe Modera in Galle district of Sri Lanka. This project is funded by a matching grant from Rotary foundation, together with the financial assistance from The Rotary International Club of Brunswick Maine, Distirct Development fund from Rotary district 7780 USA, Emergine Inc. USA, Rotary club of Colombo Central and IDEAS of Sri Lanka are jointly implementing this project. It is also proposed to supply equipment for a Community & Vocational Centre that would be constructed very soon. The progress of the project is shown.

IDEAS of Sri Lanka Completed and opened the Community & Vocational Centre on May 12, 2007.
