We have been successful in forming two major Rotary Clubs at Gampaha & Biyagama. A Rotract Club at Law College. There were several Rotary Villages handled by RCC. We had them at Matugama, LawnStar – Mahara, & Suita West Vishwakala at Piliyandala.
